In 2009, Today’s Resident Services was formed to advance social impact reports, marketing and IT support between housing and resident services. Uncovering a community story is the first step in creating an action plan to addressing needs and deficiencies. It is also a key part in meeting many state and federal compliance requirements. TRS provides data and recommendations for supportive services to close the gap for a stronger community.
